As a natural part of living, developing and expanding, we may reach a point where we need help, a time when we’re drawn to feel differently, perhaps to think about things in a new way, find out more about ourselves.
In my practice I provide a place to receive the emotional holding and perspective of a skilled practitioner. Since 1995 I have practiced depth oriented, psychodynamic therapy with people of many identities and backgrounds, particularly focusing on those who have experienced childhood trauma, women in menopause, people who feel like gender and sexual “outsiders,” and individuals living with mood disorders. My strengths are authenticity, discernment and collaborating with you to create the kind of safety that can support and empower you to claim greater agency and a sense of efficacy in your life.
“When we are safe in ourselves, the world will be safe.”
